This looks great! It took me however some time to work out how to create repeating rows in the MS Word template using tables from the documentation and the YouTube video.
Can I propose having some quick start Word Templates such as the one attached to this post that helps users quickly get up to speed? It works with a developer or trailhead org and it could go under the documentation folder.
