• Pocket Network deep-dive: studied it as a reference model for decentralised API payment infrastructure — how demand routing
  and supplier incentives work at scale
• Micropayment landscape audit: surveyed how existing solutions handle real-world payments. Most are either too custodial or
  introduce too much friction for end users and agents
• Fiber-402 direction sharpening: the gap is clear — nobody is building a protocol-first, zero-custody micropayment primitive
  for AI agents. That's the space

Blockers

• No live Fiber node yet: the gap between "demo that simulates payments" and "product where real CKB moves" comes down to one
  thing — a funded node with an open channel. Everything else is ready
• Payments still mocked: real integration is wired up in the codebase but blocked on a live node

In Pipeline

• Start building Fiber-402 in earnest
• Prioritise getting a real Fiber node connected so payments stop being mocked
