DDev in CI: CircleCI, Github Actions and GitLabCI

I've done a lot of CI work recently, using GitLabCI for clients, and CircleCI or Github Actions for open source, and in all of those jobs I've used DDev in varying forms.

The purpose of this post is to provide example implementations of each so that I, and others, can refer to them when it's necessary to setup another CI implementation.
