Add additional instructions to the readme

In order to get things working I had to do the following

sudo make install
and
sudo udevadm control --reload

Could you update the readme with appropriate instructions?

Same. Just went through this myself. Permission denied to PR. Suggest someone update. Very easy. Thanks

I have added "make install", I will check how to write "udevadm control --reload"
