Update or remove `ddlpy.waterinfo_read()`

• A deprecationwarning was added for waterinfo_read() in Add deprecationwarning to ddlpy.read_waterinfo() function #172
• Waterinfo probably uses bulkwaarnemingen from ddapi, but this is not yet supported in ddapi20 (december 2025). After that is implemented, also test ddlpy.read_waterinfo() with newly retrieved data. Update the function, or completely remove the code.
