UI Improvement: Enhance overall visual consistency and responsiveness

🎨 UI Improvement Proposal

Description
While exploring the DevCard landing page, I noticed a few areas where the overall UI/design consistency and responsiveness could be improved to deliver a more polished user experience.

🔍 Issues Observed

• The feature cards section has inconsistent padding/spacing on smaller screen sizes
• The third feature card ("Open Source") gets partially hidden/clipped on medium viewports
• No visible focus states on interactive buttons (accessibility concern)
• The hero section CTA buttons could use hover animations for better interactivity feedback
• Overall spacing between sections feels uneven on mobile

✅ Suggested Improvements

• Standardize section padding using consistent CSS custom properties or Tailwind spacing scale
• Fix card overflow/clipping on medium screen widths (768px–1024px)
• Add smooth hover transitions on buttons
• Ensure responsive layout works across all breakpoints (mobile, tablet, desktop)
