fix(renovate): fix version tagging

Tag v6 should be automatically expanded by Renovate. This causes a Zizmor smell.

Fix didn't have the intended effect. Now a lot of pin dependency issues were created that only updated the SHA hash. Also I didn't see tags being expanded.
