Re-evaluate skipped awesome-copilot agents

When we curated github/awesome-copilot agents into apm.yml (pinned at 3e36d36), we imported 13 and skipped 19. This issue tracks re-evaluating the skipped ones as our repos and the upstream collection evolve.
