A11: CSV / JSON position export

Scope
Export button in the dashboard downloads the user's current positions and event history (open / rebalance / close with timestamps and tx hashes) as CSV or JSON.

Acceptance

• Both formats produce the same data, machine-parseable.
• Filename includes wallet address prefix and ISO date.
• No server round-trip; pure client-side export.
