The deployInclude configuration setting is meant to act as an override for facet's function selectors that are being registered with a higher priority facet. This should not require that all facet selectors are included in the the deployInclude in the diamodns.config. if they are not being overriden by a facet then they should be registered automatically in a default manner.
Verify that this is what is happening. Create a bug issue and fix it if it not working properly.
