Peewee class attributes don't appear in generated documentation

The attributes of Peewee classes don't appear in the documentation for some reason. Example: https://digitalharborfoundation.github.io/FlexEval/generated/flexeval.classes.metric.html#flexeval.classes.metric.Metric

Need to make some kind of change to the Sphinx configuration to fix that.
