Re activate an arterial elasticity analysis from pulse wave velocity measurement

First we should measure a pulse wave velocity.

To this end several things needs to be done :

1. linearize artery sections along their path to get a pulse wave signal depending on x and t
2. Use noise correlation algorithm to estimate a Pulse wave velocity
