[Feature Request] Option to display absolute timestamps rather than relative

Currently posts are displayed with a relative timestamp. I would like the ability to choose to have absolute timestamps displayed instead. Presumably the option would reside under Settings > Appearance.

(This seems like a good starter issue. I intended to submit a PR to address this.)
