Thanks for the report.

This is not a logic bug in DrawPen, but a limitation of Electron on Windows when modifier keys are remapped via PowerToys.
When Caps Lock and Ctrl are swapped, some shortcuts may not be detected correctly.

Changing the shortcut (for example to Shift + C) is a valid workaround in this system configuration.

Not sure that I can fix this ...
