Added settings for laser tool: color and duration

Hi,

Thank you very much for this very nice tool 🙏

One useful improvement would be to be able to change the laser duration (after auto-deletion) and the laser color in the settings.

@pierrepo In 0.0.39 I added the ability to set the laser duration.

But I don’t see much value in allowing the laser color to be changed, since the laser is meant to be red by default.

I intended to use the laser as a pen that disappear after some time (hence the need to change the color). My use case is to circle / highlight words or bits of code, but I want these highlights to disappear automatically after some time (see for instance what I would like to do: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ZxczGlrkyQ).

Could something like this be implemented so that even with weaker PCs, the performance is hardly affected?
And perhaps also that one can only zoom in and out of a single selected window?

Not sure but does DrawPen already have all tools like ppInk (and Pensela)? And does it make sense to implement such features too?
