The journey of CSuite began with a stark observation of the startup ecosystem. Many brilliant founders possess the vision and technical prowess to build world-class products, yet they often find themselves trapped in the "Founder's Paradox." Without significant funding, they cannot afford to hire a seasoned C-Suite team—CEOs, CTOs, CMOs, and COOs with decades of experience.
This lack of specialized support leads to a crushing workload, often resulting in burnout, stunted growth, or total failure. I was inspired to build a tool that gives every founder an instant, high-level executive team to brainstorm, strategize, and execute, effectively removing the financial barrier of high executive salaries.

CSuite is a full-stack application built with a modern, high-performance stack:
- Frontend: React 19 with Vite, styled using Tailwind CSS for a professional dashboard aesthetic.
- AI Core: Powered by the Gemini 3 Flash and Gemini 3.1 Pro models via the
@google/genaiSDK. - Real-time Voice: Integrated the Gemini Live API (Gemini 2.5 Flash Native Audio) for multimodal interaction.
- Backend & Database: Leveraged Firebase (Firestore & Auth) for real-time state synchronization and secure user management.
- Interactions: Used
motion/reactfor fluid UI transitions and custom gesture-based interactions.
The most significant challenge was implementing Natural Interruption Handling in voice mode. Technically, this required managing PCM audio streams (16kHz input / 24kHz output) using the Web Audio API and ensuring that when an interruption occurs, the client-side audio buffer is cleared instantly to prevent "echoing." Engineering the system instructions so the model acknowledges interruptions gracefully while maintaining the thread of the conversation was a complex balancing act.
