v0.74 changelog (major bugfixes)

v0.74 states "major" bugfixes were done, but provides no more info. Are these bugs "major" enough that previous jobs would need to be redone? Are they bugs related to actual output or just stability or usability?

It would also be helpful, since not everyone has high-speed internet and unlimited bandwidth, to post only the changes to the 3rd-party tools instead of making everyone download the full, 350+ MB file, every time.
