Android TV: Can not change order of listings on home page

Description

Its currently not possible for me to change the order of the listings on the home page. This is because the cursor justs jumps over the section in the settings.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to settings on fladder app for android tv
2. Try to navigate into the "homescreen order" for the panels on the main menu
