[BUILD]: Add a new Button Component

Description

Add a new component called Button. This is the Figma link. Create the component keeping in mind all the variants and themes. Strictly follow the component guidelines.

Checklist

• Create 2 separate components for Buttons and IconButtons.
• Follow the Component guidelines.
• Created all 5 variants as given in the Figma design.
• Designed for all 3 color themes.
• Added onHover and onClick animations as given in the Figma Design File.
