Sync playlist button (send a download request for an existing playlist) #79

- Add refresh / sync button to UI
To make this work, need to adjust the backend to do the following
- Parse thumbnail path for a playlist from thumbnailpath in playlist table, thumbnail path contains YouTube playlist id
- Create a new download request with the given playlist id example (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL6k5kGxU_t3uFFRKqoWuijFXJk-EPRXHR)
