Install Instructions?

Sorry, I am little confused.

I cloned the repo, installed npm, 
- I put my bamboo api key, subdomain, and my slack webhook url in the serverless.yml

What do I need AWS for?   What do I put here?
stage: ${env:ENVIRONMENT}
