Preconditions

Definition of Done

  • A reviewer can understand problem, scope, architecture, safety boundaries, and demo in under five minutes.
  • Commands and outputs are reproducible from a clean environment.
  • Architecture diagrams distinguish implemented components from planned phases.
  • Screenshots/recordings contain no private logs, tokens, or personal data.
  • The case study includes design decisions, rejected alternatives, failure modes, and negative results.
  • MLOps relevance is tied to reproducibility, evaluation, uncertainty, data quality, and rollback—not generic tooling claims.
  • Future capabilities are labeled as hypotheses or roadmap items.

Non-goals

  • polishing placeholder output before core behavior exists
  • presenting synthetic fixture metrics as product validation
  • adding dashboards or infrastructure solely for screenshots
