I am using RClimdex to calculate climate indicators. Whist the default thresholds of Max and Min temperature, i.e., Max: 25 degree C, and Min: 20 degree C, are used to calculate SU (SUmer day) and TR (TRopical night) that are not suitable for the considered region (Tropics).
Thus, I would like to adjust them as, Max: 30 degree C, and Min: 25 degree C, (as attachment figure).
But even though I change to any values, the results do not change.
How to solve this issue?
