Dataset title in the metadata can cause bug

I've noticed with this dataset: https://www.gbif.org/dataset/60b641f5-ad90-48ed-9070-f716a277be8f, that if the title tag in the eml.xml file doesn't contain: xml:lang="eng" (can be another language), the QC tool crashs and can't process the dataset.
