initial goal is to establish and demonstrate such flow from processing BB perspective not requiring it to have bucket credentials but requesting presigned URLs allowing to subseqentially put the data there

goal:

• functionality to request presigned URLs for PUT/POST and subsequent upload via presigned URLs prototyped (not integrated in Workspace BB yet)
