Create JAMStack + Netlify infrastructure to display 3 simple pages

Description

The earthday-prototype repo has a working example of this architecture.
However, the prototype is still overweight and should be trimmed down as much as possible to be pure J + A + M and as little as possible reliance on Next.js, for example.

1. Use 3 simple pages that navigate amongst each other as starting point.
2. Implement JAMstack in its most simple form.
3. Set up the Netlify CI/CD integration.
4. Test that changes replicate immediately to the furthest nodes. (we have access to users in Hong Kong, Bangalore, Cape Town, Amsterdam, and Brazilian villages.
