New EventCommand "CloneMapEvent" should be extended to indicate that an event has been cloned #3347

Correct me if I'm mistaken, but after reading through this new command I haven't seen any way to reliably determine if a map event has been dynamically inserted at runtime via this new command.

This could lead to some headaches later on, so I just pushed a commit to my recent PR in liblcf to make it possible to address this in the Player:
