Integrate Points of Interest with the Pick-up/Drop-off system. #41

At the moment they're just sort of 'land marks' that can help a player orient themselves within the city, and add a bit of variation.
It would be nice if they became pick-up/drop-off points.. and I could have added them, but unless the customer says "Take me to the Stadium!" it would be largely pointless as the player wouldn't know the point of interest to navigate to.
So we need to have a think about how this could work, but also how the other places on the streets should work within the context of this. e.g. Do they just say something generic like "Take me home" or "Take me to here, don't ask any questions". Ideally we'd be able to name the streets, or the chunks (districts) and have it make sense "334 4th Ave please!" but that would also require a means of showing that information to the player as they're driving around.
