Attestation NM's in Dynamis-Beauc are currently not able to be Aspired/Drained, Hydra in Glacier were changed awhile back to be not undead & the Attestation NM's were missed.

Steps to Reproduce: try to Drain or Aspir(ones that are mage jobs) any of the Attestation NM's .
