Add handling of any subpackage implicitly, not just the magic ones

vbuild currently handles all the magic subpackages in https://wiki.alpinelinux.org/wiki/APKBUILD_Reference#dev(), however, APKBUILD supports implicit mapping to subpackage functions if the tail bit matches https://wiki.alpinelinux.org/wiki/APKBUILD_Reference#subpackages.
