Summoned Skeleton Druid still attacks player, will not target hostiles

Using 'outdated' version 1.0, but I haven't seen anything in the changelog about this yet.

As issue describes, casting Summon Skeleton Druid in survival mode will spawn a Druid that casts their spells at the player. Summoned Redcaps and Cave Trolls do not show this behavior, however.

Finally got round to testing this, I cannot reproduce either effect you are describing. The druid does not cast spells at me, regardless of gamemode, and it attacks hostile mobs as normal.

Haven't been able to reproduce this in 1.0.1 with a different modpack than I discovered this on, however I'm getting knockback when a zombie smacks my druid...

Edit: only happened once, can't reproduce the linked knockback

For reference: the pack that this targeting bug happens in is MC Eternal
