Prevent Druid Hex overwriting blocks with leaves

Using version 1.0, Druid Hex will replace blocks with leaves blocks upon cast. This does not include obsidian and bedrock, but high mining level requirement blocks from the Tinker's Alloying Addon mod are affected.

Tile entities such as chests/ender chests and mob spawners will also be replaced with leaves.

This overwriting also bypasses FTB Utilities claims.

This matches the behaviour of regular skeleton druids from the twilight forest. Because the projectile is part of the twilight forest mod, I can't change the behaviour unless I duplicate the class. I might do this, I'll see.
