Improvements to V10 Journal Book handling

Two issues present when adding a full Journal Book, instead of a Journal Page to the GM Screen:

• [] The journal left ToC panel is rendered expanded by default after world restarting; it would be best if it is always rendered closed because otherwise, it takes too much of the content cell area on the GM Screen.
• [] The width of the GM Screen area used for the journal is calculated as if there is no Sidebar, expanded or contracted, and thus it spills out of the limited content area of GM Screen. It can be fixed manually by using the handle to resize and resizing the journal content so that it fits the cell area but I think this can be calculated since we know the size of a closed sidebar.
