[master] Missing corners_top.stl with no holder for Raspberry Pi camera

The file corners_top.stl contains only the top corner with holder for Raspberry Pi camera and recess for endstop screw, but the normal top corner (the one used for the other three corners) is missing.

There is another version in 2.1 branch, but the wall is 3mm instead 4mm.

It is because someone suggested that we use the same "special" corner for the 4 corners :)
Seeing no problem to that it also remove one sort of top-corner.

The 4mm is to align the corners edge and the 4mm acrylic panels (little detail for the overall look)

Question... can't you rewind an take the 4mm an 4mm acrylic panels completely off an try another maybe 5mm an 8mm acrylic panels. Just asking I'm not to up to beet on cameras but thought I wood ask anyway

Sorry but 4mm is enough at the size of the machine, why use thicker panels ?
Anyway, as long as you only change the thickness you should be able to do it from the provided files :)
