Splats Shaders have alpha problem when rendered in Meta Quests 3 #4

We encountered 2 Issues.

When using the unity 6 Version the repo is based on we have in Quest 3 all splats have a black opacity artifact.
It looks like the opacity is not working correctly.

Also the the splats are dominant over all other stencils, they look through every other game object. It would be nice to have this setting public.
