[Windows Bug] Dragging and dropping a folder into the rad debugger infinitely loads

Repo:

1. Open Rad Debugger
2. Try dragging and dropping a folder into the rad debugger (I wanted to load all my cpp files in the folder into rad debugger in the folder but i realize now i have to do it 1 by 1).

Result:
Dragging in a folder into the rad debugger trys to infinitely load the folder (yall should probably just reject it for the time being)
