Publish a professional architecture documentation site with Mermaid diagrams

Goal: Single authoritative place for how ai-net works.
Why it matters: Deep technical docs are scattered; onboarding and review suffer.
Proposed scope:

• Create docs/architecture/index.md with system context, component diagrams (Mermaid), data flow for task lifecycle, sequence diagrams for payment/escrow, and layer responsibilities.
• Link from README and add docs nav.
  Acceptance criteria:
• Diagrams render on GitHub and an offline viewer.
• Architecture doc describes all three layers plus tests.
