I'm finding it difficult as there is no set-up guide or documentation with any images on how to properly set it up.

Quote from the readme file:

To use, unpack the archive in a new folder at a location of your choice, and run ytdlp-interface.exe.

If you know how to create a new folder and how to unpack an archive, you should be able to follow those instructions. One more thing I could add, is don't create the new folder in Program Files because the program may not have write access there. It would still work, but it would have to write the settings file in %AppData%.
