How to install OIDv4 with correct libaries

Cannot install OIDv4.
The requirements.txt shows the libs, but now they are newer and cannot supply dependencies. What should I do to install? There is always conflict with awscli, botocore, aibotocore. I am not experienced user... there is a mess:(

Are you using a virtual environment?

Also, kindly check here #71 if it'll solve your awscli issue.
