trouble with the speed control on the P.I.S.S..

So I'm using the BinkAy which is working fine except the belay section. So the code appears to be telling the extruder to change rotation distance but the slide never goes in and stays tight against the screws. I feel like the code is some how telling both the tool head extruder and the push extruder to change RD. But I can't verify this.

It definitely won't be affecting both the feed motor and the extruder.
It could be the wiring of your microswitch is wrong, or your rotation distance for your feed motor isn't accurate enough.

To check the wiring, manually press the microswitch and see what shows in the console. On press the RD change should be the higher number, on release it should be the lower number. If you find the behaviour is swapped (pressing switch gives lower RD, releasing switch gives higher RD) then you should change how you have soldered the wires to the switch.

If the wiring is correct from the above test, then do a rotation distance calibration for the feed motor.
First, set your stepper rotation distance to the same in your config file by running
SET_EXTRUDER_ROTATION_DISTANCE EXTRUDER=right_filament_stepper DISTANCE=
with the DISTANCE= being whatever you have set in your config file for it

Then follow the same steps as the normal klipper docs https://www.klipper3d.org/Rotation_Distance.html#calibrating-rotation_distance-on-extruders. but instead of a G1 E50 F60 use FORCE_MOVE STEPPER='extruder_stepper right_filament_stepper' DISTANCE=50 VELOCITY=1

If your rotation distance for the filament feed motors is way too high or low, then the normal Belay act of +/- 5% won't be enough so you need the RD to be fairly close to reality.

So I'm doing some rotation distance testing and the lower the rotation distance number I input the more I extrude. So wouldn't that mean that when the switch is pressed that the number should be smaller then when released? Not doubting what you are saying because up until this point my understanding was as you have explained.

You are correct.
to feed faster you want lower RD, to feed slower you want higher RD
I had that noted in the speed_control section itself, but I had it wrong in the FEED_FASTER and FEED_SLOWER macros themselves.
I've fixed that up now so check this github config again for what should be the proper numbers.
Sorry about that. A lot of things get jumbled between my on-printer testing and trying to neaten it for github.
