Xbox controller stops working on PC when enabling this mod

When this mod is disabled my controller works, xbox controller with PC, when I enable only this mod the controller no longer works, I tried this on 3 different computers as my friends also wanted to play using the portable storage mod, all the same results.

This happens with version 2.0.1.

Hi. None of my mods currently support controller input, especially Base Library which messes with the whole input system.

I will try to work out a solution, but since I don't have a controller it will be hard for me to test it.

I can pull a branch and test if you make any changes to support a controller.
