Feature: Add a CI/CD pipeline

### Describe your idea

We should add a ci-cd pipeline which:
- Checks the code using PMD and checkstyle
- Does build-testing for new releases
- Does automatic release creation
- Keepts the modrinth description updated
- Publishes new releases to modrinth
