Track die sources for rolls #55
Description
Rolls currently keep a list of die sources in their flavor (e.g. general rolls with skill/attribute). It might be worthwhile to see whether the flavor could be shortened to the immediately relevant part (i.e. only the skill/attribute being used, or just "Initiative" for initiative rolls) while listing the die sources with their value (i.e. "Empathy +4") separately, e.g. in a tooltip.
