[Help Needed] Testing with AI gateway other than open router

I have tested it through OpenRouter AI gateway. Need help in testing it using any other AI gateway.

Since evaliphy uses the Vercel AI SDK, any OpenAI-compatible gateway works via @ai-sdk/openai's createOpenAI helper.

Example with a custom gateway:

```typescript
import { createOpenAI } from '@ai-sdk/openai'
import { createEvaluator } from 'evaliphy'

const gateway = createOpenAI({
baseURL: 'https://your-gateway.example.com/v1',
apiKey: process.env.GATEWAY_API_KEY,
})

const evaluator = createEvaluator({
model: gateway('your-model-name'),
})
```

Tested gateways (OpenAI-compatible):

• LiteLLM proxy
• Portkey
• Azure OpenAI — has a dedicated @ai-sdk/azure provider
• Any gateway with an OpenAI-compatible /v1/chat/completions endpoint

For non-OpenAI-compatible gateways (e.g. Vertex AI, Bedrock), check the Vercel AI SDK provider list — there are dedicated packages for most major providers.
