Steps to Reproduce:
Log in to goo.gl/xv2jqc as "MentorLion" and use password, "MentorLion" (no quotes).
Access Review Evidences
Pick one Agent from a team
Note that the Evidences fail to load at screen bottom below Agent's statistics; the screen only shows the refresh bubbles
