chore(deps): bump documents.js to 1.67.0 and odf.js to 2.2.0

Still short of the version carrying documents.js's own markdown-codec npm
fix (1.67.2+) -- that release hasn't cleared this machine's own 7-day
min-release-age policy yet, so pnpm-workspace.yaml's blockExoticSubdeps/
allowBuilds entries for markdown-codec's git-hosted commit stay in place;
removing them now would break installs against the version this repo can
actually resolve today.
