Allow for the "bigip_default_gateway" to be set in the environment files #27
The heat templates (https://github.com/F5Networks/f5-openstack-hot/blob/master/experimental/templates/cluster/nnic/prod_stack/static/f5_bigip_cluster_n_nic.yaml#L231) have a parameter "bigip_default_gateway" defined. To be able to specify a value for this, the "env" files need to be updated to add this parameter. Would like to specify a value for this parameter during stack instantiation.
