I have written a new update script that updates from my fork. However, your update script here copies the directory rpidatv-master to /home/pi, not the lower directories to /home/pi/rpidatv. See my corrected script here https://github.com/davecrump/rpidatv/blob/master/update.sh (which points to my repo).
