High - Machine can't be turned off after changed month

Printer "2 - Yoda" can't be turned on or off by anyone.

this bug happened before a philip reported it as fixed.

afaik it was caused by a machine being activated while the month changed and it had something to do with the billing.

Users are billed monthly?
How are they billed?

If I start on 23:45 on the last day of February and continue to use it till 0:15.
Should I be billed 15 minutes each month or 30 minutes in March?

Cut the usage on 0:00 into 2 sessions.
