Add new ripgrep locations

VSCode-Insiders has updated the location of ripgrep, meaning it will soon be updated in stable VSCode as well. The new locations should be handled when getting ripgrep from the config file.

The new version uses ripgrep-universal and has subfolders.

Pushed... Would a kind soul please test the changes in the master branch on the latest vscode on their machine? Once I get the confirmation I'm pushing a release?

I'm testing also... Just touble confirmation. If no additional confirmation comes in... I'll open a release regardless in the next 15min

Works well on my test VM for the latest version of VSCode, using the pre-release VSIX... Pushing a release to both marketplaces in 7min if no additional confirmation comes in!

Doing some additional tunings right now, which will be released as 1.1.12 within the hour. Will close after 1.1.12 is pushed

Thus, I'll make sure that the release pipeline include resilience for such, by looping/waiting until the readonly mode gets deactivated, and then release automatically. That will be 1.1.13. Closing the issue 😊
